kidney stone and other fun things...

this weekend was the weekend of my yearly kidney stone (i had one this time last year, the very day after sausage fest). I waited 2 hours in the waiting area and another in my room hooked up to an i.v. before getting any pain medicine. once i was hooked up with that, i was happy as a clam. i sat next to eric in my wheelchair, and with eyes half open asked him to tell me a story. he told me a couple. one about a fox and a bunny and another one i don't remember. i got a c.t. scan and the doc said he didn't see a stone. i figured i had already passed it. and sure enough, when we got home i saw it sitting there in the toilet, the smallest little gray bead that was the demise of my whole day. thankfully we are too poor to pay, so we'll be getting financial aid forms in the mail soon.

snuggled up on the couch, i watched eric play zelda while i pet my rabbit. we bring my rabbit in-doors for a couple hours during the night before we retire to bed. he has been acting so sweet lately. giving me lots of attention and loves (little bunny licks on my hands and toes) and even going so far as to hop on my lap and sniff at my face and hands for treats. he never nibbles at me, just nudges me with his nose. he's such a polite little bunny. he also never poops indoors. i am so thankful for my rabbit, but more importantly i am thankful for a wonderful husband.

WHAT AM I UP TO THESE DAYS???

things have been crazy over here...i quit etsy. i moved to a new house we are renting back in the more natural desert part of west richland about 2 minutes from my mom's house. i moved my rabbit's cage which is huge and very heavy (only the best for my xenu) and have been spending most of my time hanging out with eric and playing zelda on the wii that we just purchased.

i don't know if you know much about the wii but it's FANTASTIC except for the fact that it doesn't play dvds!!! why would they make it so you can't watch movies on the thing...it does everything else? it wouldn't be that hard for them to do! jeeze.

anyway. and on my spare time i work. haha. so that's me. i just lost my job at kiona publishing
where i was the most excellent secretary you will ever meet. my boss is off his rocker. so i went out and got a job at Yokes (the place where we ate that candy on the patch of grass) and will be bagging groceries from 9 to 5 every week day for the next year. I am not really looking that forward to it, but it's a job and we need money.

after the year is up, eric and i plan on going to work at his skate camp where we get paid minimum wage to watch brats all summer, but i am REALLY excited about being up in the Sierra Nevada mountains all summer. After we finish our summer of camp, we may go back to school. I am thinking Olympia at Evergreen State. So that's about all of my plans for now. Yup.

Bye.
